MusicFest & Fundraiser — Sponsorship and Vendor Details

This year's Women Meeting Women MusicFest is combined with a fundraiser to eradicate breast cancer, featuring well-known women's music performers. Join us as we continue to strengthen our communities and honor the women who have fought breast cancer.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to advertise in our program and/or sell merchandise at the MusicFest.

Vending:

Vending your goods and services is only $45 and includes:

  • 1 admission to the concert
  • 1 BBQ meal
  • 1 single line ad in the program

Ad space size:

  • Single line of text
  • Business card
  • Half page
  • Full page
  • Inside covers**
  • Back cover** (comes with 2 tickets to the musicfest, food not included, but can be purchased the day of the event)

**Inside and back cover are full page ads. There are only 2 inside cover ads and 1 back cover ad available.

  1. Purchase your ad space
  2. We'll send you an email to collect your ad information (it will include instructions on how to return it)
  3. You send it back with an attachment of your artwork, if needed
  4. We take care of the rest

Notes:

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, seating, etc.
  • Vending space is offered on a first arrive first serve basis.
  • Vendors may not sell open food; sealed food and sample give-aways is allowed. Some restrictions apply; contact wmw-info@womenmeetingwomen.org.
  • All attending vendors and sponsors must purchase tickets for all attendees, unless otherwise noted above.
